We work with several shipping providers. The shipping options will vary depending on your location and the products you have purchased. All specific shipping information is provided at te checkout.
For now we ship from our wareouse in Poland. We plan to expand our warehouse locations so that we are closer to our customers and the shipping is faster.
In most of Europe we use DPD parcel service. In many cases, except for the smallest orders, the shipping is free. For countries outside of Europe we use parcel service like Fedex or UPS as well as regular air post.

We experience a very low number of returns because we have a very rigorous quality assurance program. Nonetheless if a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us no questions asked.
To make the return please send us an email with the following statement:
“I would like to cancel my online purchase agreement for the items:
(please list the returned items here)“
It’s best to send us such an email as a reply to the purchase confirmation email. That way we have all the details of your purchase in the quoted email below.

Return & Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an unconditional refund or exchange.
You can return a used item, however it should be returned together with packaging (printed materials are not needed).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a written declaration (can be in email) that you resign from the online purchase/sale agreement.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return-shipping costs are non-refundable.
